Beginner Summer Camp

 2022 Camp Dates:
June 13-17

 July 25-29

 August 8-12

Open to campers ages 5-12.  No Riding experience needed.

Campers will participate in activities designed to teach horsemanship skills in a hands-on format. On Friday, each camper will demonstrate the skills they learned throughout the week. Parents are encouraged to attend the demonstration session.

• A  Riding Lesson Each Day
• Horse Care
• Shoeing
• Basic Veterinary Care
• Barn Chores
• Feeding
• Grooming

•  Long Pants For riding (bring shorts for non riding activities)
• Shoes or Boots with a heel
• Helmets are required and can be provided by the stable
• Pack a lunch & drinks
• Sunscreen
• Sweater or jacket
• Horse treats (carrots & apples)
